Free standard delivery to the UK

UK standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Individual products, bundles and scheduled UK subscription deliveries are included. No shipping discount code is needed.

Delivery timing

We deliver within 30 days of your order unless a different period is specifically agreed with you before you buy. Any shorter dispatch or delivery estimate is an estimate unless stated to be guaranteed. We will contact you if there is a material delay.

Track your parcel

Once your parcel is dispatched and tracking is supplied by the carrier or fulfilment partner, your shipping email and secure order-status page show the tracking link. Visit Track your order and use the email address you entered at checkout. A tracking number may appear before the carrier's first scan.

Delivery problems

If your order is delayed, missing, damaged or marked delivered when you cannot find it, email bayrecom@hotmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery partner. This does not affect our responsibility for the goods before you or your nominated recipient receive them.

Other charges and destinations

Free UK shipping covers the standard delivery fee. Any optional premium delivery service or delivery outside the UK is priced separately at checkout. Applicable taxes are shown by the checkout before payment. If a carrier asks for an unexpected import charge, contact us before paying so we can clarify the position.

Returns

Your purchase includes our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, in addition to your statutory rights. Read the returns and refund policy before sending a return.

Returning an order

Start with our returns policy, then contact bayrecom@hotmail.com with your order number. We will explain the refund process and the correct address if a return is needed.
